Ashdown situated in Haywards Heath, is an autistic specific supported living house with space for 5 individuals, including one ground floor ensuite and a self-contained annexe.
Ashdown has a high level of core staff at any one time with 1 to 1 staffing provided to meet individuals specific needs. Core support can be used to achieve the following tasks;
- Personal care
- Cooking
- Domestic chores
- Healthcare
- Supervision
- Tenancy related tasks
As a company we have an extensive history in the autism field and all new staff that will be working at Ashdown Close and all staff have undergone autism and supported living specific training to enhance the service delivered at Ashdown Close.
