Easton Crescent is situated in Billingshurst West Sussex and is a supported living service for 6 adults with a Brain Injury. The house has one ground floor ensuite room and an individual self-contained annexe.
The tenants will have received clinical input prior to taking up a tenancy. They will require specific rehabilitation support with all aspects of daily living focussing on independent skills.
Our rehabilitation programmes are developed with our consultant OT specialist and goals and support plans designed to maximise rehabilitation potential.
Easton staff are skilled at assisting with risk management associated with increased opportunities and exposure to daily life.
