Findon situated in Worthing, West Sussex is a supported living service for four adults with learning disabilities and other complex needs including mental health. The house is situated in a highly accessible area close to all amenities.
Each tenant will have their own tenancy agreement, individual keys to their room/s, and of course the responsibility that goes with this. The tenancy is not a furnished tenancy, however there is all the necessary communal furniture and equipment at the house for their use.
The house has staff present 24 hours a day with specific 1 to 1 time allocated for a variety of needs from shopping to professional appointments. The aim is to develop and maintain independent living skills with tenants to achieve a successful tenancy.
