An Autistic Specific, 2 accommodation, Supported Living service in Lancing, West Sussex. This unique service offers tenancy and social care support to 4 adults in the main building and 2 adults (with complex needs) in the adjacent bungalow. The service aims to support each individual to reach their potential through its customer focused support planning and implementation of meaningful activity.
The core staff are highly skilled and will have undertaken specific training in Autism as well as have received appropriate training in communication techniques and interpreting behaviour.
In addition to the high ratio of core staff, the service also offers 1:1 support to meet the specific needs of the individual as identified as part of the comprehensive assessment process.
