We currently work with adults of all ages with; acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities with mental health, autism, physical disabilities and challenging behaviour and are interested in hearing from Support Workers who are keen to work in these fields within either Worthing, Crawley or the surrounding area.
We understand what it takes to work with people at ground level with complex needs and therefore always ensure that all staff are fully trained to the highest standards, supported and treated with utmost respect and rewarded for their hard work.
